Challenges

Impaakt was a scaling startup that built a platform to empower ESG. Their innovative approach was new in the market and they needed to raise awareness among the ESG function first and foremost.

Their team had a global appetite but struggled with creating an infrastructure that would drive consistent, qualified leads. They spent a lot of money on advertising that did not bring in results.

Aside from the CEO, the team at Impaakt had not optimized their LinkedIn profiles (too many sales focused profiles ) and they did not have the proper email infrastructure in place. As they were hiring more sales reps, they needed a minimum of 20 interested leads monthly.

Solutions

Based on our client's requirement, our lead researcher started producing a large lead list across 3 continents. We targeted retail brands with employee size from 500 to 10,000+.

In collaboration with the client, we meticulously identified ICPs, focusing on decision-makers and stakeholders such as:

  • Head of ESG
  • Head of CSR
  • Head of Social Impact
  • Head of Sustainability
  • Head of Investments
  • Head of Impact Investment

In the larger companies, we also targeted manager level titles to improve chances of acceptance and success. We went with a multichannel approach, utilizing both LinkedIn and email, for scalable outreach. 5 fully optimized LinkedIn profiles were deployed plus 10 email ID's.

Our team created multiple campaigns targeting the different departments we were focusing on, each with specific messaging resonating with those department heads.
